Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Jewelry
Place the items in their original Missoma gift box and secure them inside the mailing pouch to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Attach the Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use a provided QR code at an authorized drop-off location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
